Specific attention will be placed on the areas of recruiting and retention, total rewards design and management, employee performance management, and knowledge of, and compliance with, employment legal issues. The class provides both an overview of a broad range of personnel-related activities for managers, supervisors, and team leads, and necessary leader level familiarity with key Human Resources interactions with operational leaders.
