Graduation Program and Reception

Saturday, May 11, 2024 | Varsity Hall, Union South

We would like to invite you to a graduation reception and program that will take place prior to the commencement ceremonies scheduled for 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, at Camp Randall Stadium. There will be a breakfast available which includes locally roasted, regular coffee, assorted tea, and juice as well as scones and coffee cakes.

All graduating Wisconsin School of Business Full Time MBA and *Master’s students are welcome to participate in this celebration, as well as family and friends. The breakfast is complimentary for all graduating May/August 2024 Wisconsin School of Business students as well as up to three guests. There is a $10.00 charge for each additional guest. This will be made available beginning Thursday, April 18, 2024 on a space available basis. We hope that you will include this activity in your graduation weekend and look forward to seeing you there.

Breakfast will be available from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Please note that graduates will need to be in cap and gown by 8:45 a.m. A program will begin promptly at 9 a.m. and last until 10:30 a.m. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

For those individuals wishing to participate solely in the program portion of the morning, please indicate the number of guests who will be attending the program only on the lower portion of the registration page.
