WTS Online Credit Card Payment
To pay a WTS invoice by credit card, please fill out the form below. You will be directed to a secure web site to enter your credit card information. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club are accepted. You must have received an invoice in order to pay for WTS services. Invoice numbers are 6 or 7 digits long. You may pay for up to three invoices at one time.
Invoices cannot be canceled. If you dispute a charge on your invoice, please contact WTS staff at 608-262-5917 or email@example.com
. Cancellations of individual article requests may be obtained by contacting WTS at 608-262-5917 or firstname.lastname@example.org with the Confirmation Number. Cancellations are not guaranteed.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued in the event that you have overpaid an invoice. Please contact Cindy Rothwell at 608-263-0580 or email@example.com
if you overpaid. Be sure to provide the invoice number, which is located in the upper right-hand corner of your invoice, and proof of the overpayment (receipt or credit card statement). Once WTS receives a refund request, WTS may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
