Cancellations of individual article requests may be obtained by contacting WTS at 608-262-5917 or firstname.lastname@example.org with the Confirmation Number. Cancellations are not guaranteed.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued in the event that you have overpaid an invoice. Please contact Cindy Rothwell at 608-263-0580 or email@example.com if you overpaid. Be sure to provide the invoice number, which is located in the upper right-hand corner of your invoice, and proof of the overpayment (receipt or credit card statement). Once WTS receives a refund request, WTS may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
