This course has been developed for the benefit of those in EMS operations management positions and those aspiring to management positions. Over six, 2 1/4 hour online sessions, the instructor, Dana Sechler, will cover a number of EMS management and leadership topics, including development and revision of policies and procedures; identifying and completing required state forms, budget development, sustainability, and much, much more. This course is intended for those already in a leadership position who are looking for some guidance on these issues and those interested in becoming a supervisor, manager, or leader in their agency. NOTE: This course duplicates some of the material from previous courses, it is not a new or additional course. Participants who complete the course will receive 12 CEUs.

Registration for this virtual course is $45. The course will meet on the following Wednesdays: May 6, 13, 20 & June 3, 10, 17, 6:30-8:45pm. Participants will receive a link to the Zoom meetings before each session.
