Client further agrees to pay WORH a recruitment fee of fourteen thousand dollars ($14,000) for each Primary Care physician recruited, as defined in Option A, payable as follows:
-
Seven thousand dollars ($7,000) due at the time physician begins practice as a result of this recruitment service agreement.
-
Seven thousand dollars ($7,000) due one year after the physician begins practice, provided physician is still in practice as a result of this recruitment service agreement.
Client further agrees to pay WORH a recruitment fee of nineteen thousand dollars ($19,000) for each Specialty physician recruited, as defined in Option B, payable as follows:
-
Nine thousand five hundred dollars ($9,500) due at the time physician begins practice as a result of this recruitment service agreement.
-
Nine thousand five hundred dollars ($9,500) due one year after the physician begins practice, provided the physician is still in practice as a result of this recruitment service agreement.
WORH recognizes that retention of the physician is a key concern. Therefore, if the recruited physician ceases the practice that was a result of this recruitment
service agreement and no longer serves the Client through any other employment or affiliation arrangement before the end of one year of practice, WORH will attempt
to recruit a replacement at no additional fee. If a replacement physician recruited by WORH remains in the practice for one year, the second installment of the
applicable recruitment fee (as determined by the physician’s specialty), will be due at the end of that year. It is the responsibility of the Client to keep WORH
informed of its requirements in any specialty being recruited.
