Invoices cannot be canceled. If you dispute a charge on your invoice, please contact Paul Koch at 608-262-6531 or plkoch@wisc.edu. Cancellation of individual articles on an invoice may be requested by contacting Paul Koch (see above). Cancellations are not guaranteed.
Refunds are only issued in the event of an overpaid invoice. Contact Paul Koch at 608-262-6531 or plkoch@wisc.edu if you have overpaid. Please provide the invoice number and proof of the overpayment (receipt or credit card statement). Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process from the date we receive your request.
The Turfgrass Diagnostic Lab does not sell, rent, trade or distribute any personally identifiable information obtained from clients to a third party, except in cooperation with government agencies or as required by law. Collected information is used for the administrative and operational purposes of our services only.
Our doing-business-as name is Turfgrass Diagnostic Lab. This is the name that will appear on your credit card statement for any transaction with our organization.
