An individual user is for a single group or personal individual.

A site license is for a multi-group, departmental, campus, or institutional computer center. In each case, the registered license holder must have direct administrative or ownership control of any computer on which the program is resident.

An enterprise-wide license authorizes use of the software by users across the entire institution, company, or organization. In each case, the Authorized Signatory must have procurement authority on behalf of the entire entity.

All products are delivered via download. Upon receipt of a completed order, download codes are normally sent within two business days.

Credit Card payments must be made by VISA or MasterCard. Requests for other forms of payment, purchase orders, quotations, invoices, receipts, or other bureaucratic paperwork will be subject to additional handling charges.

I further certify that I am authorized to make this binding legal commitment on behalf of the Licensee, the program(s) and materials purchased with this Order Form will remain under the direct control of the Responsible Individual identified above, will not be redistributed to others in any form, will be used solely for peaceful civilian purposes and not for any purpose related to nuclear or missile technology, chemical or biological weaponry, or maritime nuclear propulsion purposes, and will not otherwise be used or transferred in violation of United States export laws and regulations.
