Tools for Purposeful Career Change
If you are in or on the verge of a career change, this in-depth workshop provides assessment, structure, and exercises to facilitate the career planning process for you. Explore your skills, values, interests, and style preferences using the Strong Interest Inventory (SII), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and other individual and group activities. Take the SII and MBTI beforehand and interpret the results in class. Leave with an action plan to keep your process moving. Some homework between sessions.
