The University of Wisconsin - Madison Meat Science and Animal Biologics Discovery program, in conjunction with the United States Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service, will be hosting the 2021 Wisconsin Food Safety Summit. This seminar will address current topics in food safety featuring speakers from the USDA, FSIS and from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. You can easily register below, with the choice of credit card or check.
