Credit Card Security:

WSLH's online payment tool is managed by UW CashNet and is built with several safeguards to make the personal and credit card information you provide secure. To protect the integrity and privacy of your information, credit card information is encrypted during the transaction transmission. Once the transaction is complete, WSLH does not store any credit card numbers in our system - that information is only used for the transaction. Our online bill pay system does not require a log in or log out because we are not storing this information for your future use.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of processed transactions and refund requests must be made within 60 days of the transaction. All refunds will be processed by issuing a credit to the card on which the original payment was made. Privacy Statement:

The Wisconsin State Lab of Hygiene does not sell, rent, trade or distribute any personally identifiable information obtained from clients to a third party, except in cooperation with government agencies or as required by law. Information collected by Wisconsin State Lab of Hygiene is used for the administrative and operational purposes of our services.
