This is to pay for your registrations for the following Upham Woods Summer Kickoff Sessions: Summer Camp Sampler on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 1-4 PM and Canoeing on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 9 AM - 12 PM. If you have fewer than eight registrants, use the coupon code in your registration confirmation email to reduce your total to the correct amount. Please use the primary adult registrant in this form.
