This is to pay for your registrations for the following Upham Woods Summer Kickoff Sessions: Blackhawk Island Hike on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 1-4 PM, Canoeing on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 9 AM - 12 PM, and the Adventure Sampler on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 1-4 PM. If you have fewer than eight registrants, use the coupon code in your registration confirmation email to reduce your total to the correct amount. Please use the primary adult registrant in this form. The cost per person of this registration for the three sessions is $48.00
