UW Housing Care Packages

Care Package Order Portal

  • Residence Hall Students: Care package can be picked up at the nearest dining unit by your residence hall.
  • Starbucks Packages: If a Starbucks care package is ordered, pick-up will be specifically at Starbucks on the selected date. If another package is ordered with Starbucks all items ordered will be for pick-up at Starbucks.
  • Non-Residence Hall Students: Pick up your care package at the Gordon Dining & Event Center.
  • Pick-Up Date: On the selected pick-up date, your student will receive an email notification with pick-up instructions to pick up after 4 PM.
  • Pick-Up Window: Students have a 72-hour window to pick up their package. After that, unclaimed packages will be discarded for safety reasons.
  • Missing Confirmation Email? If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing the order, please contact us at Housing Dining or call (608) 262-0057.
