This webinar will help identify and break down these structures in the pursuit of developing more equitable and inclusive local governments. During the webinar, you¿ll develop a shared understanding of concepts related to deconstructing inequitable systems and navigating change through a lens of racial equity and inclusion, build a shared understanding of the historic roots and present-day manifestations of inequity, and begin to explore the conditions needed, for self and for organizations, to undergo and sustain change toward racial equity and inclusion.
